Las Palmas Pampaso - Kumasi

All the delicious dishes , both local and continental are served there. A very spacious interior, enough space for car parking with proper security. You will smile from your entry till you have left there. Las Palmas restaurant is situated just opposite to the VIP BUS station at Asafo market Kumasi. I gave four stars because there is more room for improvement.

During my visit, I wanted to order fufu, but the long wait forced me to reconsider. I waited for about 30 minutes without being served, as the crowd rushed to get their orders fulfilled quickly. Eventually, I decided to order rice instead. However, even after purchasing my meal, I had to carry the food myself to my table because of the insufficient staff. I believe the management should hire more staff to alleviate the stress that customers experience while trying to place their orders. This would significantly improve the dining experience and reduce the chaos caused by the large number of visitors.

The food was good, but the staff was very unprofessional. They lacked basic customer service skills and seemed to take pleasure in serving rather than fulfilling their responsibilities as waitstaff. I won't be returning!
