フィードバックを提供する100% recommend if you want a local japanese sushi experience. I saw some comments from few years ago that foreigner were not welcomed. We visited in Jan/23. Waitress and chef speak japanese only BUT they have english menu! We were served by Mori San (Mr. Mori) and were able to communicate with gestures and the english menu. The vibe and food were both amazing!
Soo smoky of cigarettes, Almost all people smoke. If you are smoker, here's like a heaven. Terrible Japanese habit...
Refused at the door as we couldn't speak Japanese, what a pity... The world has changed and Japan will be hosting the Olympics in 2020, but still some effort to be done in the term of English. It's a pity that you won't be able to show to the visitors your real Japanese cuisine just because you don't have at least one employee who speaks English. All the tourists end up in the tourist-trap restaurants and go home with the wrong experience of Japanese cuisine.
I wouldn't recommend this place to any foreigners looking for good sushi. Even though i am able to speak little Japanese, the host refused to take us in because we were foreigners. Thanks for my worst experience in japan.
Made a reservation ahead of time but got denied entry in the end claiming they were full but clearly not. Probably because we are foreigners, extremely unpleasant and would not recommend this place to anyone!
