A small coffee shop with all the credentials of an old school settings; stained tiled walls, poorly lit hall etc. Don't get me wrong, it's famous not for its deco like the hipster cafés of today, but purely for its mi kari. If other curry noodle makes you feel jelak, not Hoi Yin's. The curry is rich, savoury and well balanced. The portion is generous. A must stop for Kuantan visitors.
