I had great pleasure here. The food was nice and the staff was friendly. I had good time here with the best environment, view and ambience. I would definitely visit again

This is one of the most ridiculous experiences I 've ever had. Firstly we received an extensive menu from the staff there which was the reason why we went for the weekend high-tea buffet. Once there, we realised that almost 70% of the items stated in the menu was not available. Whatever food that was left were quite bad by any standards. The food was cold (literally) and tasteless. We went in a group of 7 and we were not able to find a single tasty dish. I approached the management and Sunita Kaur from their management said that the menu was shared inadvertently but it was simply false advertising and a breach of trust. The worst part is when she did not acknowledge how bad their food is and went on to claim that they are receiving favourable response about their food. As I mentioned earlier, downright ridiculous. Please do not go here and avoid this place entirely!

I had a bad experience during our dinner on 14th December, around 8pm. We had a farewell dinner for our colleague. Most of the food we ordered were not available. Even the most common one Coke, are not available, Nasi Beryani, no chilli flakes and the list goes on. One of your waiter was rude to my friend too. Is this normal for a 4 stars hotel restaurant? We had an issue with the parking too. The card was issued and endorsed by the receptionist. We had to went up twice to re endorsed again but still failed to exit the parking. The intercom doesn’t work. Don’t you have someone to work on standby? Had to call up the Hotel to send someone to attend us. Two people came and asking us the same question. Are we hotel guest? Until we had lost our patience and asked them to open the barrier provided with the parking ticket. It was very late at night and we have wasted our 30 minutes just to get someone to assist us. Seriously I didn’t expect this to happen especially during our farewell dinner for my colleague. Sent email to their management but was being ignored. Funny.

Food is good, the best part is great service and friendly staff, and fantastic ice cream plus properly made local cuisine, this is one of these high tea I back to

Had dinner at Tonka beans, Impiana. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good food and beautiful place. Thank you I will come back next time
