Waanzinnig Tilburg

I had booked a taxi with them. The taxi came with 15 minutes delay, and not to the address given but at the back side of the building so we spent time finding each other. I was late for my business meeting and when I called they acted as if the problem was mine. Really unpleasant experience. Update: something goes wrong with this company. I did a review and they replied that the ride was not theirs in order to not get the feedback! Amazing indeed… my ride was booked via City Hotel Tilburg.

It's not fresh hamburger.... The service is nice done by sweet people but is fast food. Burger king is tastier.

Excellent food, nice people and definitely a hidden gem in Tilburg

As a 4 star hotel, I expect the hotel to have different pillows. You sleep on very hard and big pillows there, it was impossible for me to fall asleep. I asked the receptionist in the night if there is another pillow and he said: no there’s just one size. Very disappointing. I finally was able to fall asleep but had neck pain in the morning. Not gonna sleep here again if they don’t change this. During the weekend it can get loud but I can’t blame the hotel for that. It was clean and the lobby … – show
