On March 27, 2022, we arrived for a birthday celebration right at 2:00 PM. The bill was paid in advance, and everything had been arranged ahead of time according to the menu. The kids settled in while the tables were empty. The waitstaff were completely out of the loop… nothing was ready. They started preparing things only at 2:00 PM. We were in shock.
