We placed an order online and accidentally provided the wrong address. We immediately tried to call the listed number, but it was unavailable. We then went to the nearest KFC, where they told us we still needed to call that same number, as they couldn’t help us. After a whole evening of trying, we still couldn’t get through. The hotline stated that the money would be automatically refunded since the order wasn’t picked up. However, the money hasn’t been credited back to our card yet. We are still waiting for a response from the representative!
