Pure South - Kozhikode

Extremely pathetic service. I have visited multiple times. Even though the food served here is good the service is very bad. There are few employees who take orders and work hard. While others stand in the middle and chat. The owner/ manager need to take a look at the situation ASAP. The first time, the bill was different from what we ate. Second time ordered something the guy delivered something else. Asked for chutney multiple times which he shook his head and never brought. No matter what you have, if you can't serve your food properly then all of it is just not relevant. Please consider this as a feedback.

An average veg restaurant. We went during lunch time. They had Kerala meals, Thali meals, Chapathi kuruma, and Veg biriyani. No other options were available. Don't know about their snacks.

New rating 1* Pethertic behaviour of staff. Old3* Good veg clean and neat hotel. Staff attitude also appreciable. Cost is not too expensive. Tea 12+gst

Very bad experience.The supplier's in the hotel have no mind. Not even coming to take the order. Fifteen minutes after I arrived at the hotel, no one even looked.Even if you come to Kozhikode and have to starve to death, do not choose this hotel.

A good vegeterian restaurant with variety of dosa options..reasonably priced and good service. Review of few items that i tried:butter masala dosa,gobi manchurian dosa and vada which was very nice, mysore masala dosa tasted garam masala which i felt wierd and set dosa was also not upto the mark..
