T'ang Court - Kowloon

We had a lunch on a week day. The menu was a set of several courses. The food quality was very good, everything is fresh, tasty, and well presented. The only problem is the delivery was very slow in between courses, and the amount of waiter and waitress on the floor walking back and forth around us was a bit overwhelmingly distracting for a quality lunch catch up with friends.

Located inside the Langham Hotel, the T'ang Court is 1 of the 3 Three Michelin- starred restaurants for Chinese and Cantonese crusine in Hong Kong. The signature crab shell and dim sum are done well. The service was average as it’s under staff during the time we checked in 11am To 12pm. One waiter was asked to serve many tables at one go. The price did not match with the service.

You are not coming here for the dim sum.. just the atmosphere. None of the dim sum really stand out. I’d expect more from a 3 Michelin star restaurant.
