Kingfisher - Kovalam

Good place. Take yours friends or family. Takes time as you select fish from spot..

We visited in off season so it was almost empty. But food and staff excellent. They arranged crab on our request.Prices on higher side like all kovalam eateries. We had seafood cocktail ,fish moilee(white coconut milk gravy) prawn fries and it was excellent. Typical beach shack ambience.

Excellent and delicious food! Fresh fish available! Meen polichathu was delicious and a must try! Mussels fry was an other delicious item on the menu! Must try if in kovalam! Near the lighthouse! Parking available nearby!

Good seafood and very accommodating staff. We had 3 grilled fish served with chips, prawn noodles, chicken spring roll, butter chicken, 2 naan bread, 3 lime sodas, 3 beers, 3 rice puddings and 2 coconut pudding with ice cream and the bill was only 4000+ rupees. Staff was friendly and the ambience was good for a relaxing meal by the beach. Worth the walk there. We went again the next day and we had lobsters, mussels, jumbo prawns and the seafood platter. It was stunning!

It is one of my usual place I go to in Kovalam...the reason I come here is because the food is just awesome ... Each dish is cooked to perfection and the staff is very genuine and helpful....they are a very decent restaurant which do not overcharge you...Morover you feel safe , when u bring your friends to dine . To sum it up It's an awesome place !!!
