フィードバックを提供するWent in yesterday and order a family Orange chicken meal. There was no air in the building my kids where sweat as we pack up to eat at home because it was way to hot I asked if the at least had fans in the back because the cooks looked super red the manger said there is nothing he can do about. We are under heat advisory they need to do something about the air it was miserable in there. I will be calling osha and the health department today because that is ridiculous
Everything on line was overcooked and looked it. I wanted egg rolls but they were horribly dark brown and burned..
What is the point of ordering online if it’s 1) Not ready by requested time or 2) people who just order while you’re waiting get their food first? A coworker and I placed our online orders at 5:30 (to be ready by 6), got there around 6:10 and our food wasn’t ready, they print out our order tickets right in front of us. We have a very short work break (hence the online ordering ahead of time) and didn’t get our good until 6:20, 20 minutes after it should have been ready. One of the employees tells us it’s been busy and they’re short staffed. There were two cars in the drive thru and 1/2 people inside. And they had like 8 employees in there? I don’t see how that’s short staffed, and also there was no manager on duty. This has happened multiple times before and it needs to get better.
Great food! Always fresh! The only complaint I have is there is inedible broccoli stalks in my entree almost every time I go there. I didn't appreciate paying for that.Vegetarian options: I wish they had a veggie stir fry option.
The people in the back, cooking, were very hard working, but the ones serving us were acting as if they didn't want to live anymore, one girl even rolled her eyes. I know working at these type of places can suck, but some people feel anxious when your staring at them in an angry/displeased manner. So please try to look happy, not even that! atleast be patient with the customer :
