Pim's Organic Boutique - Koh Phangan

I hope the owner finds happiness and peace in their life. Unfortunately, the experience of meeting them at this restaurant was lacking. I am providing this review in hopes that others have a better experience than I did.

I enjoy the coconut yogurt at this place, which is great. However, the owner is rude and uncooperative. I asked about the sweetening ingredients used in their cake and requested to see the ingredients, but the owner simply replied that it was "keto" and "no sugar". When I inquired further and mentioned the concern about the use of stevia, the owner became defensive and refused to clarify. I felt this lack of transparency was concerning, and based on my experiences, I will not be returning. I do not trust this individual.

The owner was extremely rude and displayed passive-aggressive behavior. They attempted to physically harm me (but missed) after making a series of disrespectful comments.

Had no good experience here. owner was rude and controversial when they asked if that was vegan. at the same time she was rude to another customer who led the mistake that ended up in the drink, his problem others seem similar experiences to have had in the run of the years. Hopefully, the owner can find some rest. Perhaps it is worth supporting other Thai companies that fight more cautiously?

I've often happened this place. I stopped one day because I wanted to check it out. first I had a look at the restaurant next to the load. already at this moment the owner was not really friendly. after that I went into the next load. she told me I had to wear my mask well. When I entered the small load, I closed the door, but maybe it wasn't closed 100% of the owners came and was rude to me why I didn't shut the door (I was 10 seconds inside) she told me that she paid for the air cone and why I didn't close the door. because no one was in the shop (even the owner was not in the restaurant next door) I wonder why she turns to the high level on the air cone. When I went to the restaurant, there was a large refrigerator with chocolate and I asked her if it is vegan, she told me that I should read. unfortunately I didn't see the sign over the refrigerator. a friend of mine told me the same story.
