They do not accept card payments. It is weird for a business to be cash only when it is located in the center of the city surrounded by a significant number of international tourists. Kind of unfriendly staff and didn't speak any English. The ice cream was average.

When you go to the Rudolfplatz in summer or in good weather, you can see from far one or two long snakes of people who wait patiently to enjoy a delicious ice cream from Breda.
