Came hungry and thirsty with my brother, our partners and his child. Tried to eat here but they wouldn't make space for our party (4 Adults, kid and buggy). There were multiple spots open, but the staff were difficult. Before turning to leave, we asked to take french fries to go, so my nephew would no longer be hungry. Apparently that's also not possible. Normally, I wouldn't leave a review, but the staff was super rude to my German sister-in-law. Normally I wouldn't leave a review, but the service was so rude and dismissive to parents in need. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with young children. I'd also recommend that they invest in training. Too bad, the location was great and we had planned to spend a few hours here. May come back another time, but our first experience was such a disappointment and stood out as a particularly bad experience of our multi-week trip in and around Koblenz.

We were lucky and were there quite early at noon, we also have a table. Was super disinfected and the services were very friendly and adhering to the hygiene regulations. The menu is small but fine and the prices are also slightly higher (but also the old fortress and a touring place). But the food was really 1A top and on the big view tastes even better!

Very friendly staff. Cheese parrots, Viennese carvings and daily meals are highly recommended. Also coffee and cake (self-made) very delicious. Table freshly disinfected better it is not! TOP!
