Aubergine - Koblenz

We (my partner and I) like to go to the aubergine! eating is always good and the personal friendly and helpful! absolute recommended!

Conclusion: also for the skillful proximity of the hotel, absolutely not recommended to sit together. ambiente is nice and contemporary. promises a lot. service very slow and close to incompetence. Continuous queries about the content of the drink card and menu, hesitated the drain continuously. kitchen performance(only dessert) under all cannon. creme brulee unfortunately resembles a pudding and the cheesecake was a chipboard and was tastefully not definable.

Here everything is right. very tasty high quality dishes are served by the trained staff. the chef of the kitchen has fallen in and is working this skillfully. six different dishes were all super. the menu offered this day was absolutely recommended. the price/performance ratio very good. good kitchen and perfect service in pleasant ambiente - what you want more. we're coming back.

During a small city stay we have eaten 2 x in the restaurant and it was delicious every day. fish with tasty sauces and supplements and a good local wine. the service was helpful. the ambiente in the restaurant is modern designed. you feel comfortable.
