Peace Of Eden - Knysna

A magnificent collection of houses and chalets in a garden around a swimming pond. everything is vegan so they don't have to double check the whole time. delicious breakfasts from obst hafer and an amazing frittata made of kicherbsen flour. we had a nice secret dinner where that for us 5 has cooked a delicious 3-course menu. the homemade vegan feige and chocolate ice cream was from the skala to be delicious. great place to relax and relax.

Friede by eden is a natural lover paradise and a totally vegan lodge. they are located in a beautiful forest area near knysna on the garden route with forest paths, a small lake and monkeys and other animal world on the property. I had beautiful chats with those, howard and jess, who lead the place and an eco-life live on a totally inspiring way. they are very welcoming in every way and look forward to sharing their love for nature as well as wonderful vegan cooking. the dinners are not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. these must be booked in advance and others, than to tell them what allergies and dislikes they have the meal, are a surprise, as they are seasonal products and much that has grown in their own garden and the results are a leak for the senses. it is particularly wonderful that all lodge bookings are reacted with a reminder that there is a vegan ethos at peace of eden and ask the guests to self-catering, to support this and not to bring meat to being. it is not often I have the chance to stay in a completely vegan place and I am so happy that I have found peace from eden. together a relaxing place to stay with an unmarried and peaceful atmosphere.

One night on a road trip on the garden route. I was thrilled to find out that it was a vegan place! the place has a very relaxed vibe, all can ask to be directed to all who ride around. it is a small place hidden in knysna, which fits the peace-den name brilliantly. next to stunning huts, the opposite beautiful (that I say) has instagram-worthy dishes all over the world. beautiful small way, dike and gardens all over the place. the owners are very zen and welcoming. I spoke a bit with one of the owners who called the place to be self-retained, which I thought was very decent! a thing to keep in the eye is that to have dinner there, they must have a reservation in advance, even if they stay there, but breakfast they can just show up. excellent eating in consideration of the limited vegan products found in South Africa. it is a perfect short holiday if you want to get away from the world and want to be part of a strong, nurturing community for a bit. they also have fantastic Wi-Fi for South Africa, so they can still stay connected if they want. definitiw one of the largest places I have ever stayed at, and it was hearty to be like those who care about the planets what they eat, and share the same morally as we. highly recommended!

A magical forest stay, magical paths meander through the forests, where we stayed in retro tents on stilts in the forest, wake up to noise from monkeys, birds and in the night we could hear a choir of frogs and the hoot of euls. the vegan breakfasts are for to die, we had delicious crepes with obst and dark chocolate sauce plus a fantastic vegan cherry omelette, tasted like the real thing too! and their 3 curs vegan dinners are 5 stars land cuizine, simple restaurant standard. loved every minute and can highly recommend staying here and eating.

In an incredible beautiful surrounding of nature forest we had probably the best vegan meal ever: A firework of Marrocan flavors lovely decorated and personally served by the cook and owner Jen. As previous head cook in London she definitely knows how to conjure most delicious and creative dishes! We were so glad that we haven't brought our own supper..!
