Wendy's - Knoxville

This location is terrible. You place your order through the app, but they refuse to hand it to you at the drive-thru. Instead, you're forced to go inside, only to find that they don't even have your order ready. You'll end up waiting 25 minutes without any apology from the staff. The employees are rude, and there appears to be a complete lack of management. Even when management is present, they show no concern for the situation. Overall, the customer service is abysmal, and the food quality is equally disappointing.

This is the most horrible place to eat…. Why pay for cold food… the lady at window to busy putting on lip gloss and taking selfies…Then lie and say our food is fresh, but the entire meal was redropped and not fresh at all. They tried to hand us cold fries from someone’s previous order. This location is very unprofessional and the workers doesn’t look sanitized they hands look dirty, nails are black underneath and I don’t feel safe giving my card when your employees are taking selfies near the credit card machine. Employees drunk on the clock they have unnecessary slander, one car and it takes you 20 minutes just to get your food and it’s still cold they play too much at this location.

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through and when she told me to give her my order she yelled at me “WHOA WHOA WHOA, you need to slow down and speak slow! God!”Idc who you are i will not be spoken too like that. You’re having a bad day,I’m sorry but that’s not my fault. Terrible terrible service.

Came through drive thru, girl that took my order was really nice but I got my bag, looked inside and saw 2 fries in containers and 1 sandwich. I had ordered a baconator fry, a garlic fry and a chicken sandwich with no lettuce. So it looked right. When I got home, both the fries were cold and hard, and I don't live that far away, and my chicken sandwich was a small burnt cheeseburger with a cold piece of cheese, a piece of onion, a pickle and lots of ketchup. I couldn't even eat! And of course, there was no receipt in the bag. ???

I waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken, and they were out of several items on the menu. The staff was not very friendly. To top it all off, the food was served cold.
