フィードバックを提供するThe guy taking my order at the drive-thru was clearly very annoyed that someone was bothering him by ordering food from the restaurant he works at, an hour before closing. He was rude and dismissive in every response to me, until he succeeded in making me frustrated enough to cancel my order and drive away. I don't need someone to roll out the red carpet for me when ordering burritos at 2am, but at the very least I need to trust that they won't spit in them.
The food was good and they have plenty of parking. However it took forever to get our food and the inside was packed. I don't know if they were under staffed or what but it took way too long to get our food
The food was terrible. They practically had none of the featured items on the menu they said they are only preparing soft tacos crunchy tacos and only one kind of chalupa. I asked If they were no longer selling these items and was told no they are just not making the featured items because they didn't really want to prepare the ingredients nor did they have the knowledge on preparation of the items because the training manager left to go take a nap in her car and told them not to make them because they were time consuming and it would save them on the clean up so they can leave faster . They put old dried out pieces of breaded chicken on my soft taco which wasn't order. They were so hard went I bit in to my taco I chopped a tooth. They had to been leftover from the lunch shift and I visited them and placed my order at 12:30 am 12 hours after the normal lunch hours. Just because they remodeled the Broadway location doesn't mean it's been improved if anything the food and service have went to hell. the cashier was rude. My soft taco wasn't even wrapped properly and when I picked it up out of the bag the hot contents spilled into my lap. They need to hire a whole new set of employees an managers. Or just close completely. They shouldn't be serving food with the employees lack of knowledge. I was a huge fan of taco bell but I have changed since this experience. Don't eat at this taco bell until they have done a complete retraining of all employees because you will just be paying something that's the equivalent of dumpster food.
Ordered online to shave some minutes. Doesn’t matter. Lobby is locked at 1pm and the drive thru took a half hour to move up 2 cars. Hoping they honor their refund policy. Don’t expect your fast food to be fast here.
For the love of all things burritos, can you PLEASE start wrapping your food with the right wrappers and in the right direction. Every time I get home with my food I have to perform surgery on each burrito to disect which one is which. Otherwise, great service and good food.
