Taco Bell - Knoxville

Every time , I go this location. My order is always missing items . when I started to ask for receipt, they get annoyed . I try going on different days and times , but still get the same results . Tonight once again my drinks were wrong . When I told the guy at window , he said that’s what my screen says. I looked up my order on my phone just in case I order wrong , nope not the case . This is very disappointing.

Unreliable. Usually good stuff. Sometimes super lackluster. I come here now and then. Some of the staff very friendly but definitely not all. Nacho fries today were dramatically worse than usual. Almost no seasoning, bland, in flimsy paper rather than cardboard container, and the nacho cheese less than half as full as usual. Going to be a while before I risk it again.

I Have never had a problem with this location at all. Fast, friendly service and the food always seems hot and fresh. Much better than the one on Merchants. I'm a regular customer at this location.Food: 5/5

Closing time was 3a.m. we arrived at 2a.m and lights were off already. Sat in drive thru behind 4 other cars(1 was Knox patrolman) when it was our turn to order, employees were pulling our of parking lot. There was 2 cars behind us and not a word was said to anyone about shutting it down. We looked like idiots! Will definitely will definitely be back.

My order is always wrong and I ride a motorcycle. Hard for Mr to check it before I leave so when I get home it is always wrong. Then they never get my order right. I have to ride back down there every time. I eat there a lot late night
