Taco Bell - Knoxville

The restaurant was incredibly busy and they accidentally forgot my husband's taco, but we both agreed that it wasn't a big deal. The lady at the window was exceptionally nice, even though she was in a rush. I've always received great service here. If you're complaining about the food quality, remember that it's Taco Bell; it's likely made to the standard that your two dollars can buy. Also, nacho fries are back!

It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect for the price. This location does a solid job, especially given that they're working with fewer staff. As someone who also works in food service, I understand the challenges. I'm just thankful I didn't have to prepare my own dinner after a long shift!

The food was served piping hot and clearly freshly prepared. It was the best power bowl I've had so far!

The guy at night time had me laughing. Felt like i was on a game show ordering food. Only 4*s cause a few times i got food, the cheese wasn't melted. Just leave the food 8n the heat a little longer, i understand fast service, but don't slack on quality.

I’ve always had friendly service here. The last time I came they were swamped and still were friendly and got my order right. I know they’re understaffed but they’re doing their best, especially with the increased business from McDonalds being torn down. Keep your chins up!
