Subway - Knoxville

I waited over 30 minutes to order three sandwiches at this restaurant. In addition, the two female employees working were very rude and unprofessional. The bread was stale, the preparation area appeared to not have been cleaned in days, and my "heated" sandwich was cold after being left to sit for 10 minutes while they helped other customers. I have attempted to contact corporate and the store directly with no response. Adding to the disappointment was finding hair in the food. Overall, a terrible experience at this establishment and I will not be returning as a customer.

I was tempted to ask for a refund, but I believe this review is necessary. I reside close by, and all of my neighbors have stopped going to this restaurant due to their frequent mistakes with orders. I too will no longer be patronizing this establishment. It was once bustling with customers, but now it is always empty. Such a disappointment.

I contacted the restaurant to address an issue but they failed to rectify it. I ended up ordering two sandwiches and two bags of chips, but one sandwich was extremely hard and the other had the wrong ingredients. Additionally, I did not receive any bags of chips. When I reached out to the regional manager, they simply apologized for my bad experience and mentioned that they would pass on the message for improvement in the future. There was no offer to replace or refund the missing items. I would not recommend this place, instead, I suggest going to Firehouse down the street.

Manager here is great. He is a very nice and attentive employee. However, I did a mobile order around 8pm on a Sunday evening. I made sure they didn?t close before then. When I arrived, my order was hanging on the door with the store closed. I appreciate the effort, but I would have liked a call from the store informing me the store is closing instead of having my food on the door. Also, why is this store closing 2 hours early than posted on the store front and website?

Bread half baked, missing toppings (how the heck are you out of onions?! . Employee was in the car upon arrival talking on the phone and continued the conversation while building my sandwich. Like others have stated, go to firehouse just up the road.
