Starbucks - Knoxville

It’s great to have a warm drink option while studying in the library. Located at UT, this spot is often bustling with activity—arguably one of the busiest places on campus. I had hoped that opening additional locations would ease the crowds, but it remains popular due to its prime location. While it’s a nice place to study, if you're trying to grab a drink before class on the hill, be prepared to be late. The staff is typically efficient with orders, and if there’s an issue, they’re quick to correct it. You just need to be patient and wait for a chance to discuss it with them.

Great staff and fantastic service! This is definitely one of the best Starbucks I've visited.

They didn’t have cold brew, but my iced coffee and sandwich were delicious!

Coffee grounds were in coffee in fact they made up about a quarter of the cup at the bottom. Spit it out as soon as I drank it. I make my own French press coffee every day and I’ve never put grounds in my cup, so not sure how they messed up this bad. I will not be returning after I chewed those grounds in my mouth after the first sip. Worse than gas station coffee! Never been to such an awful Starbucks.

I witnessed only two people working, and three standing around, while the line was out the door. Terrible work ethic.
