Panera Bread - Knoxville

A huge shoutout and thank you to Panera! I completely forgot to order lunch for 25 people, and they really came through for me. They had 25 boxed lunches and drinks ready in no time...

I find it very frustrating that they run out of nearly everything by 6 PM. However, I have to commend their excellent customer service, even with their limited inventory.

The food is fantastic, but there’s absolutely nothing "rapid" about their rapid pickup service. I placed my order and arrived at the scheduled time, only to wait nearly 10 minutes.

Well we got there around 1:00 and there were several empty tables but none were clean. So I went to get napkins to try to at least get the crumbs off...

Went here today and the employees were absolutely hateful and rude (especially the person who took my order at the register). The person with me...
