Kfc - Knoxville

My wife and I ordered an 8-piece meal, but we had a disappointing experience. The woman taking our order at the drive-thru was quite rude and seemed disinterested in her job. When we received the chicken, it was chewy and the breading was soggy—not crispy at all. It was severely undercooked. Overall, it felt like a waste of $30. I ended up throwing the food away and opted for a frozen meal instead.

I also had to use the restroom, and the women's facility was appalling. There was toilet paper strewn across the floor, and both the floor and sink were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. I understand this location might be a bit remote, but that doesn't excuse the lack of quality in both food and cleanliness. We ended up spending $17.23, most of which we ended up throwing away. If you're looking for good, fresh chicken, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. I would rate it a minus 10 if that were possible.

Food here is terrible. If you’re lucky enough to actually get what you ordered, it will likely be cold and the biscuit will be as hard as a rock. Don’t waste your money here!

Very disappointed in this business. The outside appearance could use some attention. The person taking orders acted like she really didn’t want to be there. The drink machine wasn’t working properly. The floors where very dirty, needing swept and mopped. There were no napkins, had to get paper towels from the dirty bathroom. I will never visit this place again.
