Great Pizza. Although I must agree with some of the service complaints listed on some of the other reviews, the pizza at this place is insane-good. Tastes better than chain pizza, the ingredients taste fresh. Even the pepperoni tastes fresher than average, which is one of the most rare ingredients in a pizza to standout for having a fresh taste. A mandatory component of any valid "Best Pizza in Knoxville" shortlist.

If you're planning on applying to get a job or even eating here let me just stop you while you're ahead. The amount of nepotism I observed and expierenced first hand, and unprofessional managing was absolutely astonishing. As many of you know this is a family run restaurant. I worked for turkey creek right when it opened for about two years and I worked at the bearden location for about a year. I was recently fired right before Christmas because i had a very valid reason to call out of my day shift which I share with another girl and people often work alone during the day shift. so I ..called my manager and let him know my extreme situation and the next time I came in I was informed I no longer had a job there. (Thankfully I got a higher paying job an hour after) I have worked alone countless times because my managers sister was hungover, or other irrational reasons. Which I have no problem with but when I am fired for having a valid reason and calling out once it's an issue. I also saw first hand a girl who had lied to them and ended up calling out two days in a row and my manager laughed it off then next time she came in. Another unprofessional situation I witnessed was on a Friday night when a man came in who was known to tip and it was a certain waiters turn and section. Right in front of me my manager told her sister (another waitress) to switch the sections so the other girl did not get the table and so her sister would get the tip. She then lied to the girl and said she never told her sister to switch the sections. And yet another thing, I only worked two days a week because I had a job outside of this. I told my manager i needed to work at minimum two days. I look on the schedule and she had given her sister my Monday shift which I had worked for months. Her sister didn't even want that shift but its just another example of management treating other workers unfairly to benefit their family. Another thing, I had been going through a really hard time in my life with personal issues and a car wreck and sickness in my family. I got my shift covered and my manger moved me to one day a week, she then expressed to me my life is going so badly probably because of bad karma and then said that it's hard to believe that many unfortunate things could happen to someone and laughed in my face after I had opened up to her. You will never be treated as an equal here. They have contacted yelp and Facebook to try to cover up their wrong doings and get my review deleted and sweep it under the rug as well.
