Five Guys - Knoxville

Food is tasty but not 15$ /person tasty. With biden pres we're all broke. Just ordered a sandwich and fries, cost way to much. We started going to sonic.

Best fast food burger, too bad not hormone free beef- when will management get with the times....fast, convenient, good service. Great fries too...

I've been to Five Guys in over 20 states and never had such a horrendous experience. The staff wanted to charge me OVER $50 for a SINGLE BURGER because they don't understand how their own computer system works, they told me they have to ring in a full burger order for any additional patties, despite showing them a receipt from another Five Guys showing multiple extra patties can be added (and trying to walk them through the process). They made zero effort to understand the issue, or deliver a decent customer experience.

The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The only downside was that the milkshakes, which were prepared right in front of me, were more like really cold chocolate milk than thick shakes. I still enjoyed them, though. Food rating: 3/5.

First time having 5-guys and, my God, it was delicious!The burgers were grilled and freshly made, not frozen patties on a broiler. I ordered a cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, onions, and mayo. It was juicy, cheesy, and so good!The fries were so delicious, and though we ordered 2 small fries, we had a literal bag of fries!The staff was kind and enthusiastic, the lobby was clean, and the drink station was clean and stocked.Very impressed and happy with my meal!
