Farmacy - Knoxville

So happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood great food, great drinks and excellent service in a cozy but classy atmosphere. Try the Brussels sprouts so good!

The food here was AMAZING. We were told there was an hour wait, so we just sat at the bar and it was great. The bartenders were super friendly (wish I remembered their names, cute brunette girl and a dude with a septum ring- both very helpful! The brusell sprouts are probably the best I've ever had. Wasn't crazy about my **** mary, but everything else more than made up for it. The sweet potato hash, grilled chicken and aperol spritz are also highlights.

Excellent menu choices that all have a nice twist to them. Food was flavorful and nice size portions. The service was excellent as well! Highly recommend.

Incredible food. Amazing drinks. Amazing ambiance. Honestly can't say enough about this place. Went for brunch, and the breakfast burrito was insane. Can't wait to go back.

After visiting a year ago I was so impressed with the service and quality. The last visit 2 months ago the service was meh but food and drinks amazing. Not review..everyone has a bad day. Today took a friend visiting from Florida. Ugh Farmacy. Out of several menu items...bar drinks awful and food had obviously been sitting in the window for some time.
