フィードバックを提供するI had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today. When I received my drink, I noticed that it was flat. I informed the staff that I thought it was because the drink was missing carbonation, but they claimed it was because they had run out of ice. This explanation did not make sense to me as ice does not affect carbonation and there were also particles in the cup. It was clear that they were aware of the issue as one employee mentioned to another that they had another drink ready. If they knew about the problem, they should have informed customers before they placed their orders. The food we finally received seemed old and reheated. I paid $20 for a meal that was ultimately wasted due to its poor quality.
When I saw the sign in front of the restaurant saying "Management Needed," I knew I would be disappointed. The place was dirty and the staff taking orders seemed indifferent. There was no salt or napkins, and the drinks from the fountain tasted off. It seemed like they didn't care about customer satisfaction. Overall, Millerstown and Bearden restaurants are much better options. It seems like the management at this restaurant is just going through the motions.
The last time we dined here, the food was cold and they forgot 3 items from my order. This restaurant has definitely declined in quality and service.
Convenient location.. decideed to go inside eat. A clean restaurant. Greeted upon entering. A polite lady took my order. Curly fries, beef cheddar sandwich, a Dr pepper to drink. Very tasty. I will definitely be returning. Thank you
Friendly employees but they forgot two items in my order. One would be bad enough but two is kinda hard to believe. Didn't see it till I got home. That was my first experience with them. Haven't been back.
