Not coming back for a while.....waited an extra 20 min for 2 pizzas. After waiting the 45 min. Didn't seem very busy I believe my pizza was given away to someone else and I was made to wait .
The pizza was fantastic! Placed the order, it was ready on time! The sauce was top notch! I chose the thin crust. It was enough to support all the toppings, and really good chew to it. Gina Marie obviously knows what’s she’s doing! What a treasure in a small town. Highly recommend!
Well, we have been doing business with Gina for about 20 years but the love affair ends here! Although I 'm not a complainer and have NEVER complained to them about an order, this CANNOT be let go! Upon ordering, I was given a time of 35 minutes and a total of $35.00. About 7 minutes later I get call saying that it 's going to be 50 minutes and BTW, the cost is $45 ! Hmmmm so I paid $45 for what was supposed to be a deep dish pizza but what arrived as flat as a thin crust one topping pizza . The extra money was supposedly to cover the Italian beef meat that I requested on my pizza but you would have literally had to go swimming through the pizza to find a scant piece of Italian beef . What did I find? Let me tell you , a big huge chunk of brown paper bag flopped in the sauce under the cheese layer . I basically received a hard, burned to a crisp crust with a bunch of sauce flopped on the top , a bite or two of ham , a few crumbles of cheese and specks of Italian beef . I will never ever again darken their doorstep with my money . Trust me, they know that we were good for at least $100 a month in orders if not more. I would say that probably over the last year , the food and service has just gotten progressively worse to the point that now they are serving brown paper bag and charging $45 for it ! I would sooner buy frozen pizza then ever return to Gina 's. Oh yes, my husband stood in the pickup area for 5 minutes and listened to the 2 owners fight before they even noticed he was there. ICK (Check Yelp if you 'd like to see all photos of the garbage)!!
Well, we have been doing business with this place for about 20 years now but the love affair ends tonight. lately the food has gotten progressively worse and although we're not complainers and never have complained to them about a single thing, this just cannot be let go. we paid $45 for a single deep dish pizza. $11 of that was for Italian beef to be added to the pizza. had to pick and search through the whole pizza to get a nibble of Italian beef here and there but we did come across a nice big chunk of brown paper bag embedded in the sauce. the crust was burned Beyond being edible to the point that we could not even cut through it with a steak knife, to the point that when flipped over you could knock on it like I was at your front door. the pizza was supposed to be a deep dish and you can tell by the photos in the comments below that it was more like a thin crust pizza. thanks for 20 years of what used to be good food but unfortunately I could never recommend this place again. Regards, The Settles
