Kfc - Knightdale

This location was quite busy, but it was very pleasant. I ordered the chicken box (#6) but actually meant to get the one with fries instead of multiple pieces of chicken. There was some confusion because both boxes have the same side options, except for the fries. However, the staff handled my order adjustment gracefully, even amidst their hustle and bustle. These ladies did a fantastic job, and my food arrived hot and delicious! Thank you!

We ordered the Beyond Meat chicken combo with 12 pieces and fries. As plant-based eaters, we found it absolutely delicious! It's great to have a quick food option like this every now and then. We hope they keep it on the menu!

The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean. The staff members were friendly, and the service was excellent. The food was served hot and on time. It met the expectations I have for KFC, and it always impresses. Great job by the staff at this location!
