Starbucks - KITTY HAWK

Every single person who worked had a smile on her face and was so sweet!!! These Starbucks were the employees pleasantly interactive with the customers while we waited. They were crazy busy, but didn't seem stressed or in any way back! Great way to start our trip from NC to Maine!! Coffee perfect!!

Super friendly staff! I have lived in numerous states and this one is by far my favorite! Wish they had a drive thru...but as everyone is so good at their jobs and is so sweet and kind... it is not a hardship to walk in at all!

Good cafe with friendly staff. Can get really busy in weekends and mornings.

I have to say, this place feels like a well-oiled training camp. The restaurant was bustling with customers, and drinks were being prepared at lightning speed. The staff, all women, were assigned specific stations, which made everything run smoothly. Each one of them was incredibly friendly, taking the time to engage with customers by asking if their holiday had started, if they had any special plans for the week, or if they were celebrating anything. It was truly heartwarming, especially for a tourist destination where they may never see the same customers again. They really went above and beyond to provide a service that was more than just coffee; it felt personal. There was no idle chatter among the staff; they worked seamlessly together, making for a quick and very positive experience. Terri was especially fantastic!
