Jimmy's Seafood Buffet - KITTY HAWK

My family was sooooo upset Imade them wait for Thursday evening of our recent trip to eat at Jimmy's. Let me just say, they are already BEGGING to return to Nags Head just for JIMMY'S, even my mother in law!!! The entire experience, from booking slot on the waitlist which is a MUST, food, atmosphere, and service it was well worth the cost. Its been a VERY LONG time since we have spent that kind of money, but was worth EVERY bite. The buffet has everything you will need to get you seafood fix......my vice is crab legs and lobster, i made sure I picked an evening when lobster was included on the buffet. The crab legs and lobster tails were so good but the crawfish were sooooo succulent, plump and just the right amount if seasoning. The salad bar was fresh with nice selection of options. The alternate american style buffet had a lot of choices to feed even the pickiest if eaters. The loaded potatoe casserole and hushpuppies were so good, I would love the recipe. Our male server was EXCEPTIONAL, I apologize I lost receipt with his name, visited 4/21 around 4:15pm, large party of 7. He was very attentive and definitely excelled at customer service. Bartender makes AWESOME drinks, don't miss out on one of their signature cocktails. Thank you all for a wonderful evening.

Really good buffet, not too busy, and always clean. It's a nice family restaurant, and I love buffets. Just don't try the stone crab.

Food was great, service was great. Awesome selection of different crab on the bar. Was a little close quarters, but not too bad.
