518 Noodle - KITTERY

Only eating was good, not great, prices a little high.

I made a mistake and didn't realize that this restaurant only offers takeout. The menu and concept are impressive, but unfortunately, we couldn't sit down and enjoy the food. Takeout only!

We were going to have lunch here, figuring that by the end of October 2021, they would finally be open for indoor seating, like most restaurants are. Not only are they still takeout only, but the doors to the restaurant are locked, so you can't even go into the restaurant to order. The woman behind the counter ignored us as we tried to find a way into the place (great sevice They must cater to the locals only because I don't know anyone who would want to eat ramen, etc. in their car, and there's no outdoor seating. We live in the Portland area, where COVID precautions are some of the strictest in the country, yet everything is now open for indoor dining. We don't know how this place stays in business.

The noodle bowls at this restaurant are fantastic! The takeout service is quick and the ingredients are high quality and healthy.

518 Noodle Bar is truly some of the best food in the area. We've tried several things on the menu and we keep coming back to the beef lettuce wraps, xialong bao (I recommend having them right away while they're hot) and the pork buns. Lobster rangoon is also fantastic. Takeout is super quick and convenient. The people are so nice. I have no complaints at all.
