Chicken is not seasoned well. Mild chicken tasts like plain raw meat.

I was served by S , a young gentleman. Self described as 'the guy wearing a turban ' for identification, took my order and took great care to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted and helped time it so everything I received was RIGHT from the fryers and as fresh as possible. The food was phenomenal for Popeyes, even this one which is generally quite good. The service, which is really what should be addressed here, was truly high quality. From a person who was a manager for years at several McDonald 's in Winnipeg (if you know what that really means, you will understand the depth of the compliment). He was not only friendly and helpful but had an excellent attitude and took his time ensuring I received precisely what I wanted even when I was unsure. All the staff, Excellent, across the board as well, from my observations I was and am very impressed.

The place was well kept and clean, staff was very friendly and I had no issues with ordering. I had asked for fresh-as-possible food and they dropped a new batch of tenders just because I asked. The tenders were cooked perfectly and were indeed fresh from the fryer. Same with the fries. Even with me asking for a fresh batch, my order was made quickly and i was left very satisfied. 10/10 would come again.

I recently decided to eat at Popeyes. This has been the best decision I have made in the past coming years. I walked up to the counter, confused, scared, and alone. I felt hopeless, but there he was, my savior. The man with the Blue Turban. I ordered a few Sandwich 's and within 1 minute of me paying there they were in my hand... during peak hours... He went above and beyond to get this food ready, and proceeded to apologize multiple times for the long wait despite the insanely fast service. I cannot stress this enough, that man needs a raise. Hands down fastest, and best service I have ever received.

We ordered spicy chicken pieces but got a mild one instead … honest tey we’re okay as we love the spicy ones.. wat a waste it was to wait an hour to get them delivered and coming to see tey are not even spicy
