Mcdonald's Restaurants - Kitchener

Waited in the drive through line for 16 minutes. People everywhere waiting for their orders.

This is a very well run location. Newly renovated, staff is polite and friendly, everyone seems happy and relaxed so cudos to the manager Very clean and food is fresh.

Waited at the drive-through speaker for 5 minutes until we finally pulled ahead to the window. Person at the window didn't know what they were doing. Called for help. Placed our order and had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot. Received our order and it was missing items. Got the missing items 4 minutes later. Went home to discover order was partially wrong. 20 minutes for all of that. Unacceptable.

If the seating area were less crowded, it would enhance the overall dining experience.

I don't know who has been making the muffins lately, but they have been consistently getting worse! The muffin I had today was the most misshapen one I've ever seen. Are you even putting in any effort anymore?
