フィードバックを提供するI ordered a sirloin steak, 8 ounces in size, along with fresh vegetables, baked potatoes topped with sour cream and green onions, and a grilled shrimp skewer.
After a few years, my family decided to give this restaurant another try - we have never been completely satisfied with it.
I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant, drawn in by the great drink specials and coupons they offer.
I invited some friends out for lunch on the holiday Sunday. The place I wanted to go to was closed but Casey's was in the same plaza and it was open so in we went. The decor had a typical pub feel to it and it was almost deserted which made for a quiet dinner. I had the Louisiana Jambalya, while two friends shared a platter of short ribs and wings, and another had a chicken strip salad. Our drinks consisted of pop, iced tea, and hot tea. The only misstep during this meal was a hot water pot that sprang a leak under the handle. The servers were appropriately apologetic and replaced it with a leak free-hot tea pot in short order. The servers were friendly, helpful, and service was prompt overall. As for the food, the Jambalya was a bit more on the hot side than on the flavor side compared to another time I'd had it. Based on comments from my friends the ribs, wings, and salad all went over all. In addition to the meal I had a sample of the BBQ sauce and some dry cajun powder - and I liked both of them so much I intend to be back to try them out. Finally, the bottom line food, tax, and tip cost of ~$25 / person was reasonable for four people.
I met the hubby here for lunch last Friday. We had an appetizer of lunch size nachos with extra cheese, delicious! I had a cobb salad , hubby had shrimp tacos. Both were great and service was friendly too!
