フィードバックを提供するThe man working at this subway today was verbally harassed by an anti masker. He claimed he was exempt and the employee kindly asked him to wait outside and he would come take his order from there. The customer began swearing, yelling and calling the employee names. I want to commend the employee on his professionalism and grace during the incident. This happened on Sunday March 21 at 1:00.
If I could give zero it would be more accurate. employees didn't understand simple English. Very disappointing I can't even order a sandwich with out the employee needing help with English.
Absolutely terrible, double charging of customers! No amount of toppings giving when asked of the sandwich makers.
June 16,20234:30 pmEmployee(young girl) was very rude and the most unhygienic thing was, she was wearing the same gloves which was used for non-veg sandwichSandwiche she made was really short on sauces so I asked extra sauces on side I bought 4 sandwiches, and her reply was”this is the last thing”That is totally unprofessional..I would recommend the owner of that subway to train their employees for customer service,We understand everyone has bad day but this was unacceptable as vegetarian.Hopefully, next time we will have good experience and I’ll put 5 stars for the store.
The worst sub I ever had in my life. I visited at around 4:30 on June 16th the girl was answering so rudely. I am allergen to meat so i asked to change gloves and she replied that this is canada. This is not a valid answer for that and the sub she made was not having even a proper amount of sauces and when asked for more she replied that this is the last time that she is giving two little amount of sauces on side.
