Princess Phi Phi - Kitakyushu

Thai dining area in a tourist area on the south side of the Kanmon Bridge. Very good food, and despite the collapse of tourism and activity under Kovid, the place was still busy enough to have a waiting list (and the city was DEAD this night). Very friendly staff who enthusiastically tries to use the little English they know. I'm trying to list a negative thing for places I'm checking that it wasn't really missing something I think it should have been reasonable. I was very happy.

Nice cozy restaurant with friendly staff. The food is delicious. We ordered three curries and all three were special. The basis for all 3 Curries was different, which was a wonderful surprise. My husband couldn't believe how delicious the soft shell crabs was Curry!! Her ginger-ale is also a special ginger paste that makes her scratches. Very recommended
