Pollo Tropical - Kissimmee

An excellent load that I come here almost four times in the week of service is great the location is excellent, the service is very fast the food is very good grade 10 not to mention that when they go to lunch in the filiale there is a guy named victor g. he is very solicit, attentive, engaged and dedicated to everyone and with work. he is extremely polite and will always help the people. this man works very well. I recommend this invite everyone and look for victor. he's like my manager in the load. result 1000 for pollo tropical and victor g.

It's a Sunday night and I just bought food here. Everything was stable. Maybe his Sunday, but that's not acceptable. The children usually like fried Yuca and tropics. Unfortunately, my order was so stale these Yuka bites and yellow rice are hard. I wanted to call the store, but no answer.

My husband and I went to Pillow Tropical on 16. August 2022 very excited and happy to taste the New Chicken Wings... It was 1:30 in the afternoon and NO Chicken Wings... We're on the line and the cashier says we don't have chicken wings anymore... At 1:30 a.m. in the afternoon NOT chicken wing NOT ACCEPTABLE. Disappointed. By the way, we went somewhere else to eat.

These shops have an excellent location, with easy access, many parking lots, very professional and efficient servers that not only offer a great service, but also take the time to interact with customers. Congratulations to Michelle, who is very nice, friendly and of course also efficient. I went by just to have a quick lunch, but extended my time with a nice conversation with the one amazing Boricua who assisted in the room. Overall a great time, good choice for lunch and relax.

I?ve been going here for the past 7 years and it was great for a long time but recently, their service has gotten so terrible that it isn?t worth overlooking it anymore. I?ve gotten tropichops cold constantly, avocado slices that weren?t sliced at all and plenty of times, they?ve completely skipped on putting the cilantro lime sauce. For the past few visits, I?ve stood at the drive thru until they gave me the sauce for it. You?re better off going to the next closest one because this place just ain?t it anymore.
