フィードバックを提供するJust like snack, as I leave the opposite. carne frita was juicy and not dry, tostones de pana were tasty and with just the right crunch. the atmosphere was original. I hope to order again in the future.
My asopado had 6 shrimps, the rest was broth, rice and potatoes. Portions are huge though, I also asked for a flan for desert and it was nicely served, however is it not made from scratch, it was prepackaged, just nicely presented. Customers service was acceptable.
My Plate was Mofongo but with Pana and chiken al ajiyo. My plate was good no problem. My friends plate was horrible, just mofongo with no sauce or chicharon in it. They told me that if I wanted a juice with no ice it will be a $1 additional for it. The staff was ok, and never rude. But as me going back maybe. If there is no other place that makes the Pana mofongo.
Remember this is my personal experience . My plate was white rice pink beans and breade steak. Rice very good , beans delicious, breade steak bistec empanisado) i don't recommend two same order and the same situation, the steak was extremely Thin and crunchy no steak flavor. The waiter service is excellent the management very professional.
Sadly I must say that I am being generous giving two stars to this restaurant. Where do I begin.? Wait was over an hour and a half. Alcapurria taste amazing BUT, no meat in it. Water was never offered. Utensils were not given. We literally ate our dinner with the spoon to serve the beans. Tostones were not served at all. Sangria is not from scratch, which qualifies it over priced. So, I should have given 1 but, Serullos were delicious. Worst of all, tips were included for a party under 6 people. It was just two of us. Last but not least, camarones were under cooked and tasteless.
