Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

We ordered the Cobb salad and the chicken pancake, and both dishes were excellent. The prices were also reasonable for the quality of the meals.

I had a terrible experience yesterday at 5:30 a.m. The drive-thru line was incredibly long, and once I finally reached the speaker to place my order, I had to wait several minutes before anyone responded. I’m not sure if there were only a few staff members working, but after waiting so long while others were also waiting for their food, I had to leave to avoid being late for work. The McDonald's near Heritage Park on 192 really needs to hire more employees to better serve their customers.

Worst service ever! Almost 20 minutes to make a caramel wrap, order a medium frit and it was only halfway filled. My Daugther chickens Nuggets were cold and there were 2 of them missing, we ordered a 6 pieces and got L 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). Management never apologized. Will not be back to this McDonald.

The morning staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The woman with blonde hair appears to be a manager and does a great job. However, the night shift experience is quite different. The teenagers working then can be quite rude and often speak disrespectfully in Spanish, assuming we don’t understand.

This is one of our favorite locations ? Everyone is always friendly and they keep it very clean!
