フィードバックを提供するOrdered 2 Boston Cremes in my order of 12 donuts and they only put 1 inside plus untop of it no filling what so ever inside of it.
This is in a very busy location so I assumed it would be crowded. I didn’t expect to be 43rd in line. They have two registers but only one was being utilized. The woman at the register appeared to be completely overwhelmed. She absolutely was. I don’t blame her, I blame the person who scheduled and managed the shift. I waited 25 minutes in line to place my order and a further 20 to get my coffee. I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich. It had been ready for who knows how long. They never called my number. I found it sitting on a shelf next to the pick up area. They people handing out the food we’re rude and incompetent. I understand there’s a labor shortage. PAY PEOPLE MORE MONEY! Raise your prices by 10% and give people a reason to work at Dunkin.

Typical Dunkin Donuts but as of March 2022, they are still not allowing customers to sit inside. There are few tables but that’s it. All the other furniture is over in a corner. Plenty of very friendly staff working and usually no line, except during he morning rush. There’s often homeless people sleeping outside but they don’t bother anyone.
Coffee and muffin was good, croissant breakfast sandwich not good. Not enough seating and it can use more cleaning. Good location easy enter and exit.
