Dunkin' - Kissimmee

The workers were rude. My cappuccino blast tasted like mold. They charged me for double almond milk. My latte tasted like straight espresso. They forgot my cold foam after i was charged. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location service was horrible and drinks were nasty.

One of the worst store I've been too, they pick and choose when they open, I went through the drive thru it was 7:30AM , I was at the drive thru speaker waited for a min, i was the only one in line , I asked if they were open they said we are not, even though i know they were cause my friend went to the same location that day at 7AM and they were open for her.

The worst place where always has bber donuts. we can go when they open and feed. 807 w vine st, kissimmee, fl 34741 never here. they know that people like to eat jelly donuts. vanilla with folds and strawberry with folds and they have just put 1 tablet out and away in 1 hour, but they open up to late. so ridiculous.

This is the third time I've visited this Baskin-Robbins in the past four months, and I'm disappointed. Just last week, one of their deep freezers was broken, which meant there were about eight different ice creams that didn't have their labels. The employees had to keep asking what each flavor was, and the ice cream was either too hard or had melted and refrozen multiple times. It looked unappetizing. My mom decided to order but requested that the employee scrape off only the top layer to avoid the melted parts. He ended up giving her the smallest serving, and we got three in total. We love Baskin-Robbins, but after this experience, we probably won't be back.

The team that took our order had fantastic energy and a strong presence. We were just passing through, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience.
