Cicis Pizza Kissimmee

I walked in and was greeted immediately. I ordered my meal and started loading pizzas onto my plate at the buffet. The staff asked if there was a specific pizza I wanted them to make for me. They were incredibly friendly and nice. This restaurant also has an arcade, so it's a great place to bring your children and some spending money. Pizza and games - it's a dream come true for any kid.

I have brought my family and friends to this restaurant every time I visit the Orlando area. I have always been satisfied with the service in the past. Unfortunately, my experience on Friday night, July 1 at around 7pm was terrible. The pasta and soup bowls were empty and the salad bar had very limited options, lacking cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, pineapples, and radishes. The manager and employees were not attentive to customer service and seemed to be fooling around. The pizza bar did not have the variety it used to have and the dessert bar was missing cinnamon rolls. This location really needs a visit from a regional supervisor as soon as possible.

We had a nice experience at this restaurant, with great customer service. Our kids loved the pizza. The only downside was that the fountain drink machine seemed to be low on syrup, as my drink tasted like seltzer water (possibly due to the lunch rush). I mentioned it to the staff, but unfortunately, it wasn't fixed before we were ready to leave.

Food was fine. Game room needs working games and everything needs to be updated. I'm convinced the games took more credits then we used it's hard to tell.

Was greeted with a welcome to Cicis! Invite. Location looked clean. Food was well stocked. They have pasta, just need to af meatballs to the list. A wide variety of pizza to choose from. A great salad bar, but a second suggestion, add some bacon or ham to it it be better! And lots of dessert to eat. Someone comes around to pick your dirty dishes out the way AMAZING! The price was fair, but remember to grab a coupon from your hotel to make it a better price!
