Boston Lobster Feast - Kissimmee

Their lobsters are small but still great. Their smoked salmon is a nice touch, absolutely good. The fried calamari is also much better than other places they use less flour but more seasoning. Very impressive. Besides seafood, they have steak, some short ribs, for someone who doesn't care for lobster. Also I would suggest not coming if you don't care for the lobsters. You pretty much pay 2 3 times the price of normal buffet here $60/adult at the time we went) Since theprice per adult is a lot higher than a normal buffet place, people tend to tip based on the amount on the bills. Which is usually 2 3 times more than usual. But the waiters there are nice go figure). Unfortunately, we had a friendly butnot very good at his job waiter. He's cool and nice and all. But he didn't clean the table often, didn't bring us the hand wash water like other table, he didn't even bring the empty bowl for us at the beginning. We had to grab them fromother tables. But overall, the service was nice. We just got unlucky to get a not so great one. The food is decent beside the obvious reason to come unlimited lobsters one lobster per trip, have as many as you like, but one per trip)

Customer service was great, every staff member was very nice and friendly. I did notice some really nice photos in other reviews that were definitely not from this restaurant. Maybe the other location? The building is in bad need of an update, water stains on the ceiling, bad lighting, very old looking interior and old outdated bathrooms. I felt a bit like I was in a basement from the 70?s. As for the food, it was hit or miss. The lobster was definitely good and so wasmost of the snow crab. The garlic crab legs were about the length of my index finger, very thin and had almost no meat in them at all. Oysters were subpar and the chefs didn?t even know where they were from (yikes). The sushi was kind ofsad looking and should probably be taken off the buffet line up because it really cheapened the look of everything around it. Lobster mac was great, lox were good, my husband loved the octopus and went back for a second helping of justthat. As for the desserts, they were those super cheap looking minis that you regularly see at Chinese buffets. I would rather see them offering brownies with icecream or some kind of actual full sized dessert. Overall what really stoodout to me was just how great the customer service was. I don?t know if I?ve ever met nicer staff at a restaurant before.

First off this location is new so if there are kinks it?s to be excepted. The other location compared to this one seemed smaller as this location had room to actually breath. Waiter : His name is Brandon and he was phenomenal not only in his service but the ability to attended us without us asking. Location: located on busy area in Kissimmee it is located possible in a great area with minimal traffic and tourist activity, which makes it great as far as wait time. Food :The food was hot and fresh also the people behind the bar were courteous and professional when serving the food. There were constant checks as far as food freshness. Management: The manager went table by table to ensure the servicedelivered was the best. Not only that but when a spill occurred was the first to get the job done so that our experience wasn?t bothered. Pricing : this is the part that everyone hates, but for the price you are getting the most for saidprice. To put into perspective I went to a known seafood place and paid more for less than I did here. So it is very well priced here than anywhere else. Overall everyone worked well and in unison for us to have the greatest dinner inCentral FL. Best part it was a walk away from our resort.

This was on my bucket list for a while now. It did not disappoint! The lobster was good but the star of the show to me was the crab snow crab legs, Cajun boiled crab and crab claws on ice! The sushi was good as well as the sides (especially liked the corn casserole). Also, be sure to try the lobster bisque and flan for dessert. The waiter was excellent! We had a lot of fun!

This was pretty good! Our favorite items were the cold shrimp, chicken wings, red bliss spicy potatoes fried white fish and spicy Cajun mussels half shell....
