フィードバックを提供するI am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service at this restaurant. I ordered the Ultimate Bacon burger and requested it to be well done, but it came out extremely red. When I informed the manager, he did not apologize and instead asked for the original cheeseburger to be made. I reiterated my order, but they still brought out the original cheeseburger with a different flavor. Another server at a different table greeted them with their food, confirmed their order, and asked if they needed any additional condiments, but my server did not do any of this. I tried contacting the restaurant online but received no response. If I could, I would give this place a 0 rating.
Food was amazing. Jesus, Marbella and Joe were amazing. Love their customer service. SUPER helpful and patient!! Best fries ever.
The fries were cold and overcooked, and the beef was burnt to the point of being unacceptable. You could even see the beef juices coming back out.
Okay experience, would give 3.5 if I could. Burgers were solid, not too greasy and pretty reminiscent of In N Out Burger—decent ingredients with good quality assurance. We ordered urban style and truffle style fries, which came out only warm. Upon request the manager very kindly replaced them immediately, serving them piping hot the second time around. Overall the service is above average, but the food is only typical considering the price.
The worst experience in a restaurant. Sunday 9pm I ordered my food for a group of 3, I paid $61 including the 18% tip because they served me “well”. 15 minutes pass and they bring me the regular fries (I ordered them with truffle oil, herbs and Parmesan cheese), still waiting for the burgers. 15 more minutes and nothing until the burgers arrive. The place was about to close. When I approach the counter I see that they are cleaning the kitchen and I ask for my order and the cooks man begin to fight with the waitress claiming that they made the order. The waitress apparently delivered the order to another table INCREDIBLE!!. At this point I no longer wanted to eat and I asked for my money back. Jesse or Yessie the manager told me that they had already closed the box and that they could not return the money to me that he was going to process the refund tomorrow morning. He kept my receipt, took my information and he told me that he would call me. Two days have passed and I still haven't received the call, they haven't processed my refund yet. The funniest thing of all is that after they took my order, behind me there were 5 more people to place orders and they did deliver their food?.I have been calling for two days and they do not give me an answer about my refund . I feel cheated. They haven't refunded my money for something I didn't eat. Yesterday the manager did not work (he lied to me) obviously he was not going to process any refund
