I was very disappointed. Today we ordered sushi after a three-month break, and although I was looking forward to it, the joy never came. The rice was overcooked, resembling more of a mushy mess you'd find in a school cafeteria. The layer of red fish wrapped around the rolls was striking in its thin slicing, and the capelin roe did complement the dish nicely.
