On August 21, 2023, we reserved a table for 10 people. When we arrived, we waited for 10 minutes for a waiter, but nobody came. We ended up getting the menus ourselves and placing our order at the counter. We even had to clear the dishes off our table ourselves. The service was absolutely nonexistent. It's quite disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. Perhaps this is the norm in this city.

I’m giving stars solely for the concept of this establishment. It seems convenient and modern, but that’s where the positives end! Based on recommendations from locals, I decided to stop in for lunch. The food was mediocre, and there were flies buzzing around. The waitstaff seemed more focused on their own comfort than on serving customers. As for the cleaning lady, that's a whole different story—she was quite rude and seemed ready to snap at anyone. I urge the management to address these issues, as it would be a shame to lose customers. The idea behind the establishment is fantastic!
