Pancake City - Kirksville

The best breakfast I have had in a long time. The food was excellent. The staff was very prompt and kind. I totally recommend coming here.

Food was what you would expect from a good small Cafe. Nothing fancy, your not paying for extra garnish, just down home cooking. I had the Starving Man's breakfast, the eggs were cooked as ordered, hashbrowns done but not overcooked, sausage patty and bacon average, and I paid the add on for a pecan pancake. They did not skimp on the pecans but the pancake was a little overcooked on one side. Not burnt by any means just a little overdone. Trust me, I ate it, just with a little extra syrup. The best part of the experience was the staff, service was friendly, and when our waitress was busy others stepped in to fill coffee etc.

This place was fantastic! The atmosphere is that of a Waffle House but maybe cozier? The food was top notch and our waitress was phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

They do not have what is on the menu. Very disappointing for their business, due to the fact I had people call for appetizers.
