Mcdonald's - Kirklees

I ordered food through the app and informed them of my arrival at the drive-thru. When I got to the window, I waited for my food to be served, but the person there didn't acknowledge me and closed the window. After waiting for some time, my food was finally handed to me by someone with poor customer service skills. I checked my order before leaving and found that sauces were missing from my meal. I went back to the drive-thru to address the issue, but was told they couldn't bring the sauces out due to being short-staffed. I was instructed to rejoin the long queue, where I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. Once I got home and collected the sauces myself, I found that my chips were cold and the burgers were dry and unappetizing. I hope the management of this franchise takes notice of these reviews and improves the customer service and attention to detail. Avoid this place at all costs!

The restaurant prioritizes all Just Eat orders over customers dining in-store, resulting in a long wait of minutes for a meal. The management is poorly organized and unresponsive. I would strongly advise against dining here and will not be returning.

I ordered a meal for my family through Just Eat. Unfortunately, several items were missing from the delivery, which the driver confirmed had not been included. While the driver was still outside, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Despite the items being on the receipt note, they were not included in our delivery or with the driver. I was told firmly that it was not McDonald's problem, but rather the driver's. I pointed out that the driver did not cook or prepare the order, it was the restaurant's responsibility. Despite a few more debates, the issue was not resolved. I contacted Just Eat and they promptly refunded the missing items, but it didn't make up for the inconvenience to my family. I would recommend going to the Junction McD's instead, as they are much better and not rude.

Hardly ever get fries warm unless I complain, service is ok , drive through slow. Overall opinion Not Good
